CASA doubles unloading speed with telescopic boom conveyor

At CASA International’s new distribution center in Olen (Belgium), the implementation of an FMH Conveyors telescopic boom conveyor has significantly boosted efficiency. Installed in collaboration with UVO Technologies, this solution was chosen to combine ergonomics with operational speed.

The BestReach telescopic boom conveyor, equipped with a hydraulic tilt system and operator platform, allows incoming goods to be unloaded twice as fast compared to previous methods. This improvement not only streamlines operations but also reduces the physical strain on warehouse workers.

The result has been a notable increase in productivity, with trucks now being unloaded in half the time, allowing CASA to manage higher volumes and improve overall workflow efficiency.
